Japan and other countries on the Pacific ocean are reeling from the aftermath of the mega-earthquake and ensuing tsunami. Now in Japan there are reactor leaks spewing deadly radiation into the air/land/water. We turn our attention here at AFE to our brethren abroad in Japan and other countries/regions stricken by this natural disaster. Please donate to the relief efforts, or volunteer your time if you can. There are many people in need of our help.
In other news the Toys For Eli Toy Drive is off and running to a great start! AFE would like to thank TB-2795 of the 501st Legion for his incredibly Generous donation of action figures, vehicles, and more! Eli will be thrilled I'm sure! Please keep the boxes/packages arriving for Eli!
Recently watched A New Hope again, special edition version. Good fun and always a great chance to quote some dialogue along with the movie and pick out minute details.

The tail-end of the tsunami reached parts of the Philippine coastline but luckily no damage was reported and no one was hurt. There was a radiation scare yesterday circulating through text messages and email attributed to the damaged nuclear plants, but it turned out to be a hoax. Whoever started this irresponsible message deserves a one way ticket to Mustafar.

Glad to hear you're ok in the Philippines Randy! These are some very trying times. Hopefully the radiation leaks can be locked down and effectively cleaned up. Glad the scare was a hoax. Mustafar might be letting them off too easy. To paraphrase C-3P0 they should, "...be sent to the Spice Mines of Kessel, smashed into who-knows-what!" lol
